The Strauss Manor lobby is an open, welcoming space, complete with fireplace and comfortable seating. Our residents enjoy the abundant natural light, visiting with friends and staff, or just reading the morning paper.
Coffee is available each morning in our coffee room. Many of our residents meet here at the start of their day. It is a warm, inviting space where residents can catch up with old friends or make new acquaintances.
In our computer center, our residents have 24/7 internet access. Residents may use any of our 4 computers or bring their tablet or smart phone to surf the web. Our well-stocked library contains a variety of books for our residents to borrow. Resident volunteers assist us in keeping the collection organized and accessible.
Keeping our residents healthy is important to us. Our wellness center is equipped with a variety of fitness equipment. A professional personal trainer is available twice a week to work with residents, helping them to increase flexibility and mobility, improve balance, increase bone density, and decrease joint pain.
Our community room is available for a wide variety of activities. Residents hold potlucks, celebrate birthdays and enjoy movie night in a spacious setting. Each Thanksgiving and Christmas, our residents gather here to enjoy a catered meal provided by our Board.
Residents of Strauss Manor have access to safe and secure laundry facilities where costs are kept to a minimum.

Our beautiful outdoor patio offers shaded porches, raised flower beds and a soothing fountain. On special occasions, the staff will fire up the grill and prepare a wonderful outdoor barbeque for the residents.
Our spacious, 565 square foot apartments provide all the comforts of home. Apartments are unfurnished with a bathroom, kitchen and plenty of storage space in each unit.
